Stay away from these cheaters
Update: I was told to connect the team for help, instead of helping they wasted my time and said they are aware of the issue but can’t refund the money. I am treating this as a gambling site since they have so many hidden charges. The app is not at all user friendly and have features that steals money from you. I only accidentally found out about these charges otherwise I would have lost all my monies! STAY AWAY or better buy a lottery atleast you won’t feel cheated!
I opened trading account in Moomoo to experiment as I heard their trading fee is very economical. But they have a very poor experience they keep confusing with so much data. I just realised I was being charged monthly fee. When I questioned and wanted to move my shares to DBS vicker, I realised the fee’s are extravagant. 150 SGD per transfer per stock. Not to talk about poor customer service. My honest feedback stay away from these cheaters.
